I went on my first pain free walk in months!!!

I was skeptic that this would work like the add said but…. My pain was gone within a few minutes. I wore it for an hour then decided let’s go for a walk! Usually after 20 mins. My knee would be stiffing up and the pain would start. Aftet 40 mins I was still pain free and continues for 20 more mins .When home took some furniture off by deck to store in garage and still pain free. I keep the pad on for 7 hours . After a bit I had some discomfort but not much .Next day some stiffness but again less then before. Best knee pads EVER!!!

These are truly the absolute best pain relief pads for my knees EVER!!!!!! I have used numerous creams and pain pads and from day 1 within about an hour of wearing these my knee pain was gone and stayed gone for almost 24b hours. The photo is showing my 2nd set I just put on.I tore the meniscus in both my knees. I had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee and it did nothing. I re-tore the meniscus in both knees and now cannot have surgery to fix them without just getting 2 knee replacements. I have tried all types of things for this sometimes unbearable pain. These patches were really a last ditch effort to find some relief, without having to wear bulky knee braces everyday.I love these and will definitely be ordering more for continued future usage. Pain Relief in Under an Hour!

I injured my knee making a sideways movement while dancing. I couldn't go down a flight of stairs or bend and get into a crouching position to view lower cabinets. I took it easy for a week also taking ibuprofen for inflammation, without any significant improvement. That's when I started looking for something to help the healing process. I came across these patches, looked at the positive reviews, and decided to give them a try. I purchased the 12 pack.Some people complained about the patches not sticking well. My advice is follow the directions to clean and thoroughly dry the area. I used alcohol on a cotton pad, let dry, and applied the patch about an hour before bedtime. Believe me when I tell you, the pain relief and range of motion improved in less than an hour.! They also stayed in place overnight. My knee felt so much better, I applied another patch in the morning. After 2 days of AM/PM applications, I was almost back to normal.I highly recommend this product.
